No. 7: JD Power ranked Energy United on customer satisfaction

April 24. EnergyUnited ranks seventh in Customer Satisfaction for residential electric service among cooperatives in the J.D. Power 2023 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. Its overall satisfaction score was 779 on a 1,000-point scale. Energy United and Duke Energy serve the area west of the interstate.

  1. I wonder if JD Power ever called Energy United.

    Because their service is EXCELLENT.

    They always get the power back on sooner than the estimated amount of time.

    In all of the many years I have lived here, I have only had VERY nice customer serivce reps at Energy United.

    I believe that their score should be higher than 779.

      Our goal at EnergyUnited is to provide safe, low cost, reliable energy to our MEMBERS. Unlike most other utilities we have members not customers, and are governed by members, not a government agency.

      We therefore make members our top priority.

      We are also fortunate to have a CEO, staff and Board of Directors that are all on the same page, and understand that we work for our members, with a goal of safe, reliable and affordable energy.
