Dec. 20. New Victory Lanes in Mooresville will host the 2027 United States Bowling Congress Women’s Championships, marking the tournament’s first trip to the Charlotte area in 20 years.

The Women’s Championships was last hosted in the Charlotte area in 2007.

The event typically attracts 4,000 four-player teams—approximately 16,000 bowlers—each year, with competition held daily once the tournament gets underway.

The USBC Women’s Championships will be held in Las Vegas in 2025.

The tournament features bowlers from around the world competing for titles across four average-based divisions. Participants bowl three games each in team, doubles and singles competition, and titles also are up for grabs in all-events and Team All-Events.
