Sept. 13. Tom McMahon, a veteran commercial real estate broker in Lake Norman and Charlotte, has joined Lake Norman Realty’s commercial division.

McMahon created and successfully led the first fully commercial firm in the Lake Norman region 20 years ago. He sold his company in March 2019 to SVN Blackstream. McMahon is also a real estate educator and a certified trainer the Top Dog Commercial Training Program.

“Tom’s extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market paired with his expertise as a trainer are wonderful additions to our full-service commercial division,” said Abigail Jennings, president of Lake Norman Realty.
