Pat Cotham: 10 years on Meck County board
Dec. 8. Mecklenburg County Manager Dena Diorio has presented Commissioner Pat Cotham with her 10-year service pin. Cotham has served through some of Mecklenburg’s most challenging years, including the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, which altered how Mecklenburg County conducts business.
