Kim Kendall

Jan. 10. Kim Kendall  has been named the 2023 president of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS (CRCBR).

Kendall has served on the organization’s board since 2016 and previously acted as president elect, vice president, treasurer, secretary and
SIOR Designee Representative. She’s been an involved member since 2003.

Kendall, senior director at Colliers | Charlotte, has more than 19 years of corporate real estate experience.
