Feb. 4. The Newsmakers Breakfast Feb.21 at The Peninsula Club will center on the state of local development, with developers pitted against residents and residents—and local governments—up against outdated rules about impact fees.

Three speakers will be part of the audience-driven Q&A session over breakfast at The Peninsula Club starting at 7:30 am.

The cost to attend is $16, which includes a full country breakfast at The Peninsula Club.

Doors open at 7:15 a.m. for networking. The buffet-style breakfast gets under way at 7:30 a.m.
