July 17. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has named Champ Claris as the managing broker of its Cornelius and Mooresville offices.

The North Carolina native and second-generation real estate broker has been involved in the real estate industry for over two decades, 10 of them as a top-producing agent.

He previously served as the vice president of franchise sales for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, overseeing operations in 18 states. During his tenure, he excelled in driving business development, as well as facilitating mergers and acquisitions.

The graduate of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders Program and the Charlotte Regional REALTORS® Association Leadership Academy has also served as a member of the NC Association of REALTORS® board of directors.
