Jim Shalvoy has re-joined the executive management team of Patrick Joseph Distinctive Homes, the Cornelius-based Lake Norman luxury home builder. Jim and his brother Mike Shalvoy co-founded Patrick Joseph in 2001. Since then, the design/build firm has built some four dozen homes valued at more than $125 million. PJDH won the National Association of Home Builders’ Luxury Home of the Year award for North Carolina. He is on the Cornelius Land Development Code Advisory Board as well as the board of the Peninsula Community Foundation.
