Built in 2015, the five-bath home is assessed at $4.6 million, according to Mecklenburg County tax records, which indicate a finished area of 5,891 square feet.
The list price is more than $1,200 per square foot.
Context
Even at $7 million, the property at 20927 Bethelwood is not the most expensive listing in Cornelius.
The highest price listing is at 18019 Harbor Light, at $16 million, while the second-most expensive is at 17240 Connor Quay, at $8.4 million, according to Zillow.com. The third-most expensive is a home under construction at 18000 Whispering Oaks. It’s listed at $7.5 million.
