April 21. Occupational therapy assistant students at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences will present information and pamphlets on the profession at a free presentation April 28.
Topics include using adaptive equipment, reducing fall risk, strengthening your hands, technology in OT, and health and wellness promotion. Presenters will answer questions and engage the audience in discussion about the profession of occupational therapy.
Occupational therapy practitioners enable people of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health, and prevent—or live better with—injury, illness or disability.
