April 6. Highfill Infrastructure Engineering has opened its first Charlotte office at 9300 Harris Corners Parkway, Suite 440, in Charlotte. The Cary-based water sector professional engineering consulting firm also has regional offices in Wilmington, Winston-Salem and Columbia, SC.

David Wolf, PE, is the engineer in charge of the Charlotte office. The company said the new office here will allow it to better serve Charlotte Water and other nearby utilities.
