March 31. Daniel Bellot will head the newly expanded brokerage division at Rose Associates in Davidson. The firm, which provides real estate, land use and economic development advisory services for public and private sector clients, is focusing on building a local experienced team who best understands local market dynamics, particularly regarding land acquisition and entitlements.

“Our work over the years with public entities and municipalities positions us to best assist these clients,” said Rose CEO Kathleen Rose.

Bellot, a licensed broker, has been with the firm for five years and has a BS in economics from UNC-Charlotte. He is a member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors and the Charlotte District Council of the Urban Land Institute and a member of its Young Leaders Group.
