Peoples Bancorp declares cash dividend

Nov. 23. Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.17 per share payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 3. Peoples Bank has 17 branches. Common stock is publicly traded and is quoted on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol PEBK.
