Graham officially takes over as Concord transportation director

Phillip Graham​ becomes Concord’s Transportation Director ​May 1, replacing Joe Wilson​ who has retired. The ​department is responsible for engineering, planning, project inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of streets, bridges and traffic control infrastructure. ​Graham, who ​has been serving as interim ​drector since November​,​ began his career with the ​c​ity in 2008 as ​s​taff ​e​ngineer​.​
