Aug. 9. The Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce reports 38 participants in the 2019 Leadership Cabarrus civic leadership program. There are monthly classes from September through May that examine how leadership in the historical, educational, economic, governmental and cultural segments work together for the good of the county. Additionally, the class works together to produce a legacy service project that benefits the community.
“Leadership Cabarrus is a pillar of the Chamber since 1989, and we couldn’t be prouder of the program, the wonderful alumni that pilot the steering committee, and the class participants,” said Barbi Jones, the chamber’s executive director.
The Leadership Cabarrus Class of 2019 participants are:
