He will be discussing “The ABC’s of Managing your HOA.” Cedar, with more than 600 associations under management, is one of the largest single-family and condo management companies in the Carolinas. Gelwicks will discuss collection issues, Board of Directors duties, covenant violations and rentals, as well as  Fair Housing issues.
