Dec. 5. The Birkdale Village Apple store will open at 10 am on Dec. 14 in the old Pier One space at the corner of Townley and Lindholm. It replaces the Apple store in Northlake Mall which closed without warning in early March 1 in the wake of three shooting over a short period of time.

The new store will have 80 employees.

It will offer services including Apple Pickup as well as tables for advice and exploration with staff.
