Maggie Evans is the new director of professional development at Allen Tate.  She will oversee training and leadership development programs for leadership and staff, including the company’s training program for new agents. A top Realtor with 13 years of residential real estate experience, she was branch leader of the Allen Tate Lake Wylie office. She has also worked as sales manager for a regional real estate firm in New Orleans, La. Prior to her real estate career, Evans worked as director of operations for a computer network management firm and as a retail manager. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business operations from North Carolina State University. “Maggie is an experienced, energetic Realtor and leader with a gift for teaching others.
