​Plans for an ​82-room, ​lake​front ​hotel dubbed Sunset Cove call for a 4,000-square-foot conference center and a restaurant. ​Groundbreaking is expected early next year.​ The project could include condominiums in a later phase. It’s on Sunset Cove Lane, just off Alcove Road on the west side of I-77. The developer, ​Brett Krueger, ​was part of the development and restoration of The Ivey’s hotel in Uptown​.​
