Wendy Hodel is the new branch leader and broker-in-charge at Allen Tate’s Statesville office in historic downtown. Hodel, who will oversee branch operations and a team of 15, has more than 16 years of experience with Allen Tate in the Mooresville/Lake Norman office. She has earned numerous Allen Tate awards including Rookie of the Year and the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Awards, as well as recognition as Office MVP, Client Relations Associate of the Year, Mortgage Partner of the Year and
Insurance Partner of the Year.
She is a licensed Realtor in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and holds distinctions including Certified Accredited Buyers Representative.
Prior to her real estate career, Hodel worked as a psychology counselor and HIV case manager. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and sociology from Southern Illinois University and a masters of business administration degree from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo.
An active community volunteer, Hodel serves as vice president of the Parent-Teacher Organization at Northview IB School; and president of the Parent-Teacher Organization at Troutman Elementary School. She is a volunteer with Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love and a Booster Club leader for the dance team at the Kristie Phillips Athletic Center.
A native of the St. Louis area, Hodel and her husband, Frank, have two children and make their home in Statesville.
