Scott Gadd, a veteran banker with more than 25 years of experience, has joined First Reliance Bank in their Mooresville office on Williamson Road. He began his banking career in 1997 when he joined the commercial real estate group at Wachovia Bank. In addition to Wachovia, Gadd has served the Charlotte metro area since 2000 in various senior positions with several community and regional banks where he was responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding the banks’ brand presence for commercial and commercial real estate services.

Gadd has a master’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, N.C.  Gadd is a licensed N.C. real estate appraiser and he achieved the prominent designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2017, which its designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.
