John McMurray

John McMurray is the new chief operating officer at EnergyUnited, based in Statesville. He will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management and strategic implementation to achieve EnergyUnited’s “vision of transitioning to a leading energy services cooperative.”  He has more than 30 years in the cooperative, investor-owned and municipal energy industry. He was most recently assistant general manager at Lakeland Electric in Florida.
