Aug. 8. Allen Tate Co. opened its 42nd office at 117 N. Center St. in Statesville, in the historic downtown area, Aug. 1. Hilary Broadway, branch leader of the Allen Tate Mooresville/Lake Norman office, is Statesville branch leader. “We’ve received a very warm welcome from the community. We look forward to growing our presence here, helping more buyers and sellers in Statesville and throughout Iredell County,” said Broadway. The new office will hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting event on Sept. 16 at 4:30 p.m. The event is open to the public.
