April 10.  Julia Bumgarner is the new managing broker and broker-in-charge of the Lake Norman offices of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

She has more than two decades of expertise in luxury real estate, brokerage management and agent development.

Bumgarner founded and managed her own successful firm, and was most recently  managing broker at Helen Adams Realty.
