Feb. 28. By TL Bernthal. North American Properties has signed a total of 29 lease agreements — including new leases and renewals — since acquiring Birkdale Village in November 2020.

You’ll see some long-time favorites like Dressler’s, Poppies and Uniquities on the new renewals list.

These renewals have recently been completed:

—American Eagle: Multi-year lease extension.

—Dressler’s: Local owner, Jon Dressler, 10-year lease extension.

—Francesca’s: Multi-year lease extension.

—Poppies: Local owner, Kate Kazmer, multi-year lease extension and renovation. The shop opened in April 2005.  (Landlord contributing financially).

—Pure Barre: Local franchisees, Nanda and Kathryn Moscovitch, multi-year lease extension.

—Sport Clips: Local franchisee, Patrick Hardy, multi-year lease extension.

—Uniquities: Local owner, Julie Jennings, multi-year lease extension.

NAP announced other leases earlier this month.
