Cornelius-based Meeting Street Homes & Communities has acquired 19 lots in Belmont, sales have begun for the first of three townhome buildings in Meeting Street Towns at Seigle Point.

Joe Roy is owner of Meeting Street. 

The 1,593-square-foot townhomes have two to three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan with kitchen balcony and walk-in closets, with a price point less than $400,000.

The first homeowners are expected to move-in in February.
