Judy Dodge is the new HR manager for the Town of Davidson. She worked for the State University of New York as well as Davidson College, before joining the Town of Davidson.

She will be responsible for updating personnel policies, classification and compensation, recruitment and hiring, benefits administration, performance evaluation system, and employee relations.

Additionally, she will administer all risk management programs including worker’s compensation, general liability, and safety initiatives.
