PHC 25 years old in July

June 1. Piedmont HealthCare (PHC), formed by the merger of Statesville Medical Group and Iredell Medical Associates, is 25 years old. The physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group now has 210 providers, 60 locations and 1,021 employees, making it the fifth-largest private employer in Iredell County.
