Jan Sipe recently joined Crites Properties.

April 27. Real estate professional Jan Sipe, GRI and buyer’s agent, has joined Crites Properties, LLC, a private brokerage specializing in the greater Charlotte area.

A North Carolina native and Mooresville resident, Sipe has become one of the most knowledgeable agents in the Lake Norman area. She has personally handled transactions in some of the area’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Sipe completed the series of courses that have earned her the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Crites Properties, Sipe was an agent at Ivester Jackson.
