High-growth Huntersville company adding 120 jobs

May 12. Ensemble Health Partners is expanding into more than 30,000 square feet of office space in The Park-Huntersville. Ensemble forecasts 120 new jobs based on continued growth.

The new office is at 13620 Reese Blvd East, Suite 200. The 120 employees are expected to begin work this summer.

“The greater Charlotte region is home to a significant number of our team members. Those that we have relocated to the area have come to love the community as much as those who were born and raised here,” said Judson Ivy, Ensemble Health Partners president. “We’ve found this region to be a great source of high-quality and highly- motivated talent that is vital to continue to build an innovative and disruptive company like Ensemble.”

The health care revenue consulting company was founded in Huntersville in July of 2014 with only four associates. By July of 2016, the company will employ more than 500 people with nearly half of them in the Huntersville locations.

New employees will undergo a training program to become certified revenue cycle representatives, a certification provided by the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

New job qualifications will range from two- and four-year degrees, particularly those in business management, finance, accounting, medical terminology and coding to new graduates to experienced leaders in hospital revenue cycle. Wages, of course, vary by position.

“Ensemble Health Partners continues to demonstrate their commitment to Huntersville with the addition of over 100 positions, and their expansion into The Park-Huntersville. Not only are they creating local jobs, they are continuing to invest in our local community as a business partner and leader. The Town of Huntersville will continue to support Ensemble Health Partners in any way we can,” said Huntersville Mayor John Aneralla.

The company creates value for clients through innovative revenue cycle management solutions. The company’s team of hospital and physician revenue cycle leaders brings deep frontline experience in operations and analytics, and a real-world point of view, in helping solve some of the industry’s greatest revenue cycle challenges. Ensemble Health Partners proactively identifies and corrects upstream operational issues to drive sustainable revenue cycle improvements for clients.

Lake Norman EDC executive director Ryan McDaniels credited Daren Bitter with Inspired, as well as Kati Hynes and Jeff Edge with the Charlotte Chamber for their contributions to this “very important” project.
